SMDI and Voicemail Box

is it possible to set up SMDI notify per Voicemail box on 1.6.2.11?
I have internal and external voicemail boxes and only want the external to use the SMDI, the internal is 3 digit and the external is 10 digit

Ex.
103 => 1234,Dion,
4193950051 => 9651, TEST VM,

any help getting pointed in a direction of what to try would be great
