I am planing to buy Yeastar SISkyEE in order to setup Skype calling via asterisk,

need your suggestion regarding this product:

  1. Is this software is reilable for heavy production environment 100% channels utilization?
  2. Is there support is good?

Please suggest me or recommend any alternate solution.
