Please help, I am having a problem making calls via a SIP trunk from Asterisk.
Is it possible to make a connection without registration and userid/password for a SIP trunk?

Yes, should be enough specify the ip address of the remote server with the keyword host, in the remote server peer/friend section of sip.conf.
