Trying to figure a way to avoid block system that whatsapp do i have a pure voip server and phones with accounts but they get banned due spam

To clarify, you have an Asterisk-based system, which you use to register phone numbers with a SIP provider, and then you use these phone numbers to send WhatsApp messages via separate applications running in various Android instances ?
This might not be an Asterisk issue…
