SIP Qualify trouble

I’m not sure if this is the right place, but I thought that I’d see if any others have had the same trouble.

On one of my SIP devices, and only one of many connected to the system, when qualify is turned on it sometimes doesn’t close the ports used for the qualify transaction. It doesn’t happen every time, but enough that it only takes about 4 days before there are no more available file handlers to open any more ports and the asterisk stops talking on the network. A restart of asterisk closes all the ports and it works for the next few days. When I turn off qualify to the one SPA-2002 account, (and actually only one of the two accounts that device registers) (I have about 20 SPA-2002 with both lines registering) it no longer has lingering ports. (But I don’t get the reporting that I want if qualify is turned off.)

One more thing… This started happening when I upgraded to 1.0.9.

Any ideas from any one? or should I submit this to the bug tracker?
