Can someone please direct me on creating a sip pickupgroup, where a group of agents or extensions ring when the caller pushes extension 1, for example, from the IVR voice prompt. This will ring all the extensions in the group until the first agent/extension picks up.
exten = 1,1,dial(sip/101&sip/102&sip/103&sip/104)
first phone to be answered wins.

Thanx a million, that really hit the spot bulls eye. I have also been trying to make this same grouped calling to include calling external numbers such as cell phones and land line numbers when there’s no one at the office location to receive calls on any of the extensions in the groups.
