Silent calls for remote users


I’m using switchvox digium as my voice server , as of yesterday all my users working from home are experiencing silent calls on both outgoing and incoming calls. The calls also do not disconnect on the recipient’s end if a user ends it. for example if Lucy at home dials James’s cell phone number and James picks the call, the call is silent if Lucy ends the call James’s phone still shows the call is ongoing. The reverse is true if James ends the call. Kindly assist to troubleshoot this.

However your symptoms are typical of NAT misconfiguration.
