I’ve set up Directy in my extensions.conf so callers can find employee extensions using the first 3 letters of the employees first name. Tested the heck out of it on the weekend and it works great. Monday morning people start calling in and some work fine and others get a message that there is no match for the name. I test again, using my cell phone, works fine; a salesman comes in with a Blackberry and says he cannot get any results whern he calls in. I test, using his blackberry, and the only response is that there is no match for the 3 letters.
How do I set up the directory cmd to echo the input from the caller to show in the CLI? I figure that this may show where the breakdown is occuring.
