Set the voicemail application to pause for 1second?

Is there any way to set the voicemail application to pause for 1 second after pressing a key.

You know, when she says “Press 2 for advanced options” if you press 2 She Immedatly starts talking. I was comparing * to a few other pbx systems, and they have a slight pause after a key/menu selection.

I personally think that is sounds better with the pause.

So, is there a way for me to configure this?

You would have to edit the code.

or modify the sound files to add the pause at the start.

I was hoping for something easier…
