im considering using asterick server As a FAX2EMAIL server
im looking for a way to route fax based on A property of the active directory
is this possible ?

It’s possible but You’ll need to implement it by Yourself (as there’s no “native” support).
Implementation strategy will differ between using Asterisk’s own fax capabilities and using Hylafax as the fax processor.
