Route Call to Agent once Live Person Detected at IVR Side


I am trying to find out a way where I can Route the Call once a Live Agent Say ‘Hello’ after a long Hold at Customer side IVR.

In outbound scenario:
Asterisk Dialer made a outbound call to a Customer IVR, call established with IVR and play Music on Hold or marketing announcements. After 5 minutes Agent picked up the call and say ‘Hello’. Live Agent is detected by Dialer and Call is Routed to Available Agent on Asterisk.

I am using ASR to detect Customer Agent Voice but with ASR not working with DTMF inputs. Independently its working.

Any Solution or Event which can be used. Thanks
