Ring/Off-hook in strange state 6 on channel 5

Earlier today we could not receive calls on one of our lines. The only thing I could find in the logs at or about the time it happened was this message. Eventually the condition went away but I am concerned about the error message and it’s meaning.

Jun 23 09:09:53] WARNING[23970] chan_dahdi.c: Ring/Off-hook in strange state 6 on channel 5.

After some Googling I get the impression that it has something to do with detecting hang-up from the calling party.

System is asterisk 1.6.2.16

Hello,

I had this happen after I had an Originate() application called and answered that call (callee went offhook).

It does not appear to have any negative results.
