Returning to operator during voicemail transfer

Is there any way to detect if a caller presses 0 or any dtmf key during a users voicemail greeting and have the call transfered to an operator? We have some mailboxes on our current voicemail that we have setup to return to the operator if a caller is transfered to voicemail and decides they would not want to leave a message, but talk to the operator again? Is there a return code from voicemail that can be tested?

Thanks,
James

Ok. I found the operator=yes in the voicemail config file. The only problem I am having now is that ‘0’ does not interrupt the user recorded greeting. It only seems to take ‘0’ after the beep during the recording. Is there a setting to allow it to interrupt the greeting?

Thanks,
James
