Reporting more details for Asterisk

Hello,

We need as reporting the total of time when the user was passed in the IVR, in the queue, and the time for communication. So for one call, there are 3 lignes

1-timeStart - timeEnd in IVR
2-timeStart -TimeEnd in queue
3-TimeStart -TimeEnd of communication of the agents

Other the CDR of asterisk,it is not enough
Does someone have an idea how to build it, may be I have to use ARI for that or ?

Use ResetCDR, to create multiple CDRs (or ForkCDR, but I never got that to work).

Or use Channel Event Logging, possibly with custom events.

Or monitor standard events using AMI.

I see no relevance of ARI here.
