We need as reporting the total of time when the user was passed in the IVR, in the queue, and the time for communication. So for one call, there are 3 lignes
1-timeStart - timeEnd in IVR
2-timeStart -TimeEnd in queue
3-TimeStart -TimeEnd of communication of the agents
Other the CDR of asterisk,it is not enough
Does someone have an idea how to build it, may be I have to use ARI for that or ?
