CDR custom reporting?

What are most people doing for call detail reporting?
We have people who answer and 800 line and their manager wants stats like;

How many times did the phone ring before someone in the hunt group answered?
How many calls did each person in the hunt group answer and how long was each call?

For this I would recommend using Asterisk CEL (Channel Event Logging) with a combination of CDR. CEL will allow tracking for all channel events for the agents reporting details. CDR would report billable seconds.

Are you sure you are using a hunt group ? If you are then move over to using a queue then you will have access to the queue logs and all that allows.

add in a queue log to mysqpl and your manager will have all the stats he needs, check out for a good free stats package
