Replacing Wildcard TE110P with TE120P

We are having problems with our T1 line and replacing the card is our last option. Right now we have a Digium Wildcard TE110P T1/E1 Card that we want to replace with a TE120P. We are running Asterisk SVN-branch-1.2-r38761M on a Debian box and I wanted to know what we need to do to swap out the TE110P with the TE120P. I would assume zaptel.conf stays the same and we just need to load new drivers? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
