Record-a-Call Issues


I really don’t understand how works the “Record-A-Call” feature… Because, when I dial (on a current call) #1, the system starting to record the call and this recording appear in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/…

This is ok, but that record should to be sending to my e-mail. ¿Is this right?

So, if I do connect to:
I should to see the records… ¿Is this correct?

In the IP address, I just see the voicemail but the Call Monitor option is empty…
