i recently find this out with my queues.
i got several agents for receive on a specific queue, and i notice that my agent with the lowest number of agent, is the agent recieving more calls from the system.
i got the option
strategy=rrmemory
my agents number is 300
and the rest are
320
350
800
650
900
any ideas??
