Queue rrmemory - Inuse state should not be called

Hi,

I have a queue with rrmemory strategy and face following problem: some
agent member of the queue are called before the queue and must be able
to receive 2 simultaneous calls. But once they are called from inside
the queue, only one call is authorized.

I could use HINT or DEVICE_STATE to know the status, problem is in
rrmemory it seems that I’m not able to do some stuff before queue
application calls an agent.

Would be great if someone had a solution to solve this. Also, endpoints
are IAX and PJSIP if it matter.
