Queue problem

HI

I have posted this before but I hope I get an answer thim time.

when a call goes to an agent through a queue it ges on a Local channel not the initial caller channel and as we all know Local channels get void after tranferring the call to callee. This is a problem for CDR, billing etc.

What I need is just a mechanism to tell the queue not to use Local channel or append a /n at the end of its options!

Has anybody done this before? any idea?
