I have problem with queue
After i set penalty on queue.conf only member which have penalty 1 is ringing but if new call come in queue member which have 1 penalty is ringing again and doesn’t go to next member
I want to have queue which can call to these member for example 156-157-158-… but first off all calling to 156 and if 156 doesn’t answer in 10 second go to next member and if 156 answer the call and new call come in go to next member
