Queue continue to hold or voicemail?

hello,

Real quick question. When a user is waiting in queue and would like to leave a message and hangup how can this be done?

ex. caller is waiting in queue for 5 minutes then a message plays ’ press 1 to leave a message or continue to hold’

what would this look like in extensions?

Set the “context” option for your queue in queues.conf and then simply place the single digit extension in whatever context you specified. This will then just call the voicemail app.
