PSTN Gateway Asterisk or Legacy PBX?

Hello,

We have Asterisk+Channel Bank with 8 FXO & 16 FXS channels
at the same time We have Panasonic Advanced Hybrid System KX-TA308 PABX currnetly running it has 6 CO and 24 jack (its Label says CO1-CO6 and JACK01-JACK24)

  1. Now i would like to interconnect the two PBX which one is better for PSTN
    gateway?
  2. Is it possible to make the two both gateway without performance issue as i want below.

  1. I have found out pdf file a couple of months ago which give whant i
