Problem with VM Pager text not being sent

RentPBX install –
Asterisk 13.21.0
Incredible - 13.0.120.10

For some reason this install sends the pagersubject= but not the pager text= as configured in voicemail.conf

fromstring=PBX Phone System
pagersubject= ${VM_NAME} - New Voicemail
pagerbody=New ${VM_NAME} - There us a New ${VM_DUR} long msg in box ${VM_MAILBOX} from ${VM_CALLERID} / ${VM_CIDNAME}, on ${VM_DATE}
pagerfromstring=PBX Phone System

And I can’t find any errors in messages or full that would imply a code exception issue.

Anyone seen this before ? Can anyone point me to the module generates the pager message …
