is there any way through which we can get pilot pri number of every call
Channel technology, hardware, and signalling protocol?
channel, I mean I make outbound call from PRI and PRI is having pilot number (0112534326) when i make ob call I get same number as CLI but when I NoOp the value of callerid() variable then I get agentid.
I need to store this pilot number into table
On outbound calls through PRI, we need to set a callerid and there is no inbuilt mapping for you to know the number before setting it somewhere (in phone or in Dialplan)
