When i try to reload Asterisk after fiew succesfully reloads i have got information about error like “previous reload of asterisk did not finish”. Is there any way to reload asterisk without stoping it?

if you want you can also just reload the bit you want such as sip by “reload chan_sip.so” for example
What are you doing that is causing this problem, My guess is there is a problem in the dialplan or the DNS lookups are taking for too long for peers.
