That kind of defeats the purpose of registering… as registrations expire so if it didn’t re-register, then it wouldn’t be registered. You can change the requested re-registration time in the outbound registration but the remote side can override it in which case you would need to change the remote side.
All that being said if you don’t need to register, then don’t. Use static IPs in configurations.
You need to do this at the provider end, and they need to support this.
As a general point, your question should really explain the problem you are trying to solve. It should explain why you needed to register in the first place. and why a subsequent re-registration is a problem. If you really shouldn’t be re-registering, it is almost certain that you shouldn’t be registering the first time.
