Play video message to SIP callers when all operator are busy

Hi,

I am using Kamailio 1.5 as my SIP Proxy. When there are no operators available I would like to be able to play a short video message back to the incoming caller then hangup the call.

I would like to be able to divert the call to Asterisk from Kamailio when there are no operators available. Asterisk will play a h263/h264 video message back to the caller then hangup the call.

Has anyone done this before or know if its possible?

This should be possible because Asterisk support sip videocalls and the needed video codecs, never tried though.
