How can I recieve a call and then place that call on hold on a different extension?

ie transfer it to 700, then anyone can get it

Yes I thought of parking and that would work, but I was asked to have it park at a users extension only.
A receives call for B but B is busy.
A places call on hold at B’s extension
Possible?

Does B have a phone that has call waiting ? if it does then just transfer the call to them and it will camp onto them
