Hello…
I am running Asterisk 1.4.21.2 through PBX in a Flash distro and i didn’t have any problems since Friday… Now the problem is with my queue… I have setup the Agent Timeout to 10 seconds and it worked fine, but suddenly now the first agent that logs in rings only for 3 seconds and then goes to the other available who then rings normally 10 seconds… I have put the timeout to 17 seconds, so now first agent rings for 10 seconds and the second availbale for 17 seconds…
What made that happen? Any ideas?
