Hello All
I am lookign for an enterprise grade operator console. FOP is far to clunky and basic and iSymphony simply does not do what a normal operator console should do.
Has anyone used one that is truly enterprise grade that is multi agent, can have keyboard shorcuts and that works smoothly and seemlisly?
