I am looking for an opensource Asterisk GUI project with call forward to Mobile; Statistics and call recording.

Asterisk GUI is no longer supported. That basically only leaves you one choice, FreePBX. Support for that is provided at www.freepbx.org.
It would have been helpful if “call forward to Mobile; Statistics and call recording” had appeared somewhere in the subject.
