Not all calls are being recorded

I have setup with about 30 users and the setting are to record any in/out for both internal and external. From time to time there are calls that I know we made but they weren’t recorded. I can see them in my user portal but no recordings found or in the monitor folder.

Any idea why it would skip some calls?

Did you check the asterisk logs,

How did you configure Asterisk to record the calls? The need for that question and the reference to a portal suggests that you are using something like FreePBX. If you want help on configuring a GUI, like that, you need to ask on their support channel, e.g. for FreePBX.
