Did your software enables me to free call line phones anywhere after a good setup?

Asterisk software is a PBX. It will take calls from almost any sort of interface, do just about anything to them, and spit them out again on any other interface.
You can connect to VoIP service providers. A few of them offer free calling to PSTN. This is not an Asterisk issue, but a service provider issue.
Asterisk probably isn’t exactly the answer you want, but it can help you connect to it once you find it.
