Newbie to Asterik Pleas guide

I am new to asterisk. I was looking for call center which is easy to use for my small office. It should have 25 end user which includes call routing, IVR, Inbound and Outbound call recording, Agent Monitoring , Reading from Database. Arabic support did all this support asterik and if yes then some body help me to start with it and how much cost involved in it. Any url is also welcome.
