Hey guys, I recently got a call centre project, I have no experience working with software’s like asterisk and stuff. I’m just a programmer lol, If anyone can point me in the right direction then it would be awesome. Thanks ! 
As you dont know nothing about Asterisk, will be hard for you, and also it will take you too much time for you to setup a call center using Asterisk from scratch. So my suggestion is to use pre built call center solutions like www.vicidial.org
If you provide me more details of what exactly do you need I could give you some hints
