New to SwitchVox

The IVR is setup but what I want to do is when it starts to play and you know the extension number you can enter it and it sends you to that extension. I have enabled extension dialing and have it set to “All Extensions” but I get the “Invalid Option” Sound.

I think I resolved my own issue. If i wait for 3 seconds after the IVR starts talking I can dial the extension but if I try it as soon as it starts talking I get the “Invalid Option” message. Anyway to fix this?

Switchvox is not supported on this forum. There are some forums on this board that cover some aspects of it, but you should also consider Digium’s commercial support channels.
