Apologies if this is in the wrong category.
Am working with the DIgium API where the app will send extension and callid to an external server.
The app has to be transparent to the phone user. Only just want to collect the data. This could be done on
a switchvox, but loads it down a bit in our slightly high transaction volume environment.
Understanding the whole architecture and keeping this app out of the way of the phone user is causing me
grief. I’m searching for some good example apps that are transparent to the phone user. A good hangup app would not hurt either. From there, I might be able to get the rest working.
Can anyone point me to some good examples? There are too few Digium examples on their site.
