Need help in dial in to Webex from Asterisk

Hi there,

We are trying to dial into Webex from Asterisk, but we are getting a 408 request timeout errors.

The same scenario works fine with CISCO telepresence. We are definitely missing some configuration for connecting with Webex cloud meetings via SIP URI.

Does anyone implemented this? Is this even possible?

FYI, all the firewalls are open on the asterisk side.

Your help is much appreciated.

Asterisk version?

Network topology?

Channel driver in use (preferably chan_pjsip)?

Protocol traces (“pjsip set logger on” with pjsip)?
