Hello, I just want to know, is there any possibility to play a soundfile while the agent is waiting for someone to answer his call?
I need the same thing as for a queue, but I don’t want to use the queue.

I believe the feature you seek is known is “Music on Transfer”. It is listed in the features list: asterisk.org/features
But I have not figured out how to do it. Let us know if you DO figure it out, as I have had the same question!
