We are running asterix and have the following mp3 files as on hold music.

Now in Australia we have APRA, apra.com.au/
They are claiming that we don’t own the rights to play this music on hold and are hence asking us to pay a license fee. I keep saying its open source, but this doesnt seam to mean much to them.
Who actually owns the copyright to these songs?
What are the actual track names and composers names?
