Music on hold not playing

Hello there,

I am having problem getting musiconhold to play in asterisk.

I have asterisk 1.4 installed. And this is what show up in asterisk CLI:

-- Started music on hold, class 'default', on channel

‘SIP/itg-081f4800’
– Stopped music on hold on SIP/itg-081f4800

Anyone having similar problem?

What does your musiconhold.conf specify in /etc/asterisk ?
Do you have the correct file formats in the directories that are specified in the above ? More info required here.
