Music on hold directory issue

How can I to teach Asterisk load moh files from /var/lib/asterisk/moh instead of /var/lib/asterisk/sounds?

Set it in musiconhold.conf

Yes, I did. I confuse that directory for MusicOnHold not for Background command.
