I have three network cards(NIC).
eth0,eth1 link to another Asterisk server.
eth2 is local network.
I want to call IPphone in asterisk 1 to asterisk 2,3.
How to register localnet, external Ip ? SIP account register by IP of eth2?

The answer, and even if it is possible, depends on the IP routing, not on how many physical level interfaces you have. As long as the interfaces are mutually routable, you do not need any NAT related parameters.

eth0 and 1 are different subnets ?
and what does "I want to call IPphone in asterisk 1 to asterisk 2,3. " mean as its lost a lot in translation.
it would be more helpful to have had a network diagram. as if the are on one flat lan then you may as well have had one interface
