The IT tech who set up my company’s Asterisk server and eyebeam has left us and without the ability to solve a problem.
We have moved the location of the server on which the Asterisk software is running. What needs to be changed in the Asterisk software and in the eyebeam configuration to get it running again?
Again, the only thing that has changed is the location of the server where the Asterisk software is installed.
