SOLUTION:
Moh now needs an answer command in it’s context, a confusing change from 1.2
Usually the cli will give clue to the failure, such as dahdi refusing to compile previously and not being loaded.
In this case music on hold is simply silent, giving no indication that there was any trouble.
this happened after a yum update, ( the server image loaded moh perfectly before ) so I recompliled all asterisk packages.
still bugged and not playing
this little issue might totally destroy my weekend, and install at a customer site
Yup, working on saturday, If this feature didnt magically break itself I could have the day off.
