mISDN_capi...capi...?

Hi,
I’m trying to install mISDN driver for two HFC-based cards. According to manual, coexistence of mISDN and capi, hisax or bristuff isn’t possible:
"Before you load module "hfcmulti, make shure that no other modules can access mISDN, such as CAPI, od modules that support the same chip, such as hisax or bristuff"
But when I run /etc/init.d/misdn-init start, he modprobe the capi, kernelcapi :

mISDN_capi 92556 0
capi 17025 0
capifs 5833 2 capi
kernelcapi 44129 2 mISDN_capi,capi
mISDN_dsp 196364 0
l3udss1 39128 0
mISDN_l2 36944 0
mISDN_l1 11832 0
hfcpci 31768 0
mISDN_core 72544 6 mISDN_capi,mISDN_dsp,l3udss1,mISDN_l2,mISDN_l1,hfcpci
vfat 14785 1
fat 45409 1 vfat
parport_pc 24705 0

How is tha possible??
I can start Asterisk, but I can’t receive a call, or make a call. Line is simply dead, I mean DOWN:

BEGIN STACK_LIST:

  • Port 1 Type TE Prot. PMP L2Link DOWN L1Link:DOWN Blocked:0 Debug:0
  • Port 2 Type TE Prot. PMP L2Link DOWN L1Link:DOWN Blocked:0 Debug:0

My installation:
Asterisk 1.2.14
Zaptel 1.2.12
libpri 1.2.4

mISDN 1.0.4
mISDNuser 1.0.3
chan_misdn 0.3.1-rc29

If someone can help…I’ll be very gratefull
