Mediaring Voizbridge(h323) and asterisk(HELP please!)

I have a Mediaring Voizbridge and asterisk server. Mediaring is a h323 protocol and I wanted this to connect to asterisk server. My question is that do I have to load or install a h323 on my asterisk box for me to connect to the Mediaring Voizbridge?By the way, THe mediaring voizbridge would be the gatekeeper. Or I just have simply add h323.conf file in the /etc/asterisk. I have tried to add h323.conf and of course I have created a dialing plan for that. But I have resulted in to errors. Below are the error message that I have encountered. Please help on this issue. Thanks

how many threads are you going to need to get this nailed ?

yes you need H323 channels available to Asterisk to talk H323. how far did you get with fixing the problem with H323 loading. does CLI > show channeltypes list H323 as being available ?

do you have a h323.conf file ?
