Making my extention receive one call at a time

Hi All,

I have a grandstream GXP2130 phone that can accept to concurrent calls at a time.
when i am on call I want the second caller to be notified that i am on a call (call waiting) or a busy tone, instead of ringing.

group counts. Or enable call counts and check for an INUSE status.

Hi,
You have option on this IP phone to disable call waiting so that the second call landing to your extension will get busy tone.
