Looking for VOIP app for Raspbian 12 Bookworm

Hi. I’m looking for a SIP/VOIP app compatible with Raspbian 12. I looks like the latest version of Asterisk is only for Raspbian 11 Bulldog. I’ve tried installing it on my system but I get “unable to locate package asterisk-21” and the same with asterisk-22.

What are my options? I have an Anveo VOIP account. I’m getting frustrated with Raspbian.
